1. Log into the Partner portal.  You must have sufficient privileges (role=principal or marketing) to update your company details.
  2. Go to your Details page. To find your details page, click on the "details" tab when you access the Partners db.
  3. Update your details. This may be contact information (primary business contact, primary accounts contact, primary leads contact) which we use to contact you and to direct sales leads your way, or it may be the descriptions of your services (hosting, support, development, etc).  
    There are check boxes at the bottom of the page for you to indicate the sectors you serve (K-12, university, corporate/workplace) and you can also elect to be contacted for additional types of leads such as BMA or MEC.
  4. After saving your changes a notification will be sent to the Moodle Partner team.  After review, the information will be copied to moodle.com/partners. Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to be made.
