To add or change a user account on the Partner portal, send a request to partners@moodle.com.

  • Sensitive information is maintained on the Partner portal, so each user must have their own account with an appropriate role and access to information that pertains to their job role

  • Requests for changes should come from an officer of the company (we want to be sure we have the authority to give the person access)

Your request must include:

  • type of change (add, delete, modify)

  • user's name

  • user's email address

  • user's city and country (to ensure timezone is set correctly)

  • role (see list of roles below)

All users are enrolled in the following courses: 

  • Partner Community

  • Moodle Products

  • Marketing Support

  • Branded Moodle App (BMA)

  • Moodle Workplace

  • Moodle Partner Salesforce Training

Only users with a Principal, Financial or Marketing role are enrolled in Clients and Invoices (where client records and invoices for royalties are maintained).

Partner portal roles - each user is assigned only 1 role

Principal

  • Has full rights to manage the Partner account, including financial elements (access to Clients and Invoices area of the portal), and the Partner details page
  • Will be given access to the 6 main courses plus Clients and Invoices
  • Can edit partner details (contact info, marketing messages, sectors served)
  • View statistics for own partner
  • Start, reply, manage discussions
  • Receive financial notifications (payments have been received)


Financial

  • Access to Clients and Invoices area of the portal - can create, view and manage royalty information
  • Will be given access to the 6 main courses plus Clients and Invoices
  • Edit clients of own partner
  • Add/modify/view invoices
  • Mark invoices as paid
  • Receive financial notifications (payments have been received)

Marketing

  • Limited access to Clients and Invoices area of the portal - can edit partner details (contact info, marketing messages, sectors served)
  • Will be given access to the 6 main courses plus Clients and Invoices
  • Can view the "my clicks" tab including links to source
  • Does not have access to financial (royalty invoices) information 

Staff

  • Enrolled in the 6 main courses, listed above
  • Start, reply, manage discussions
  • Does not have access to the Clients and Invoices area of the portal
