If your company has more than one Moodle Partnership (i.e in more than one country) and you have access to the Clients and Invoices course on the Partner portal, then you have the ability to switch between or among your entities to do things like enter invoice information, update Partner details, etc.

You'll need to follow this simple procedure each time you change between entities:

  • Ensure you have access to multiple entities (if you do not have access send a request to partners@moodle.com).

  • Log in as usual to partners.moodle.com.

  • Go to the Database in the Clients and Invoices course.

  • Near the upper right corner of the screen you'll see Moodle Partner and a selection.

  • Select the appropriate entity, then hit the "change" button. You are now "in" that entity.
