Invoices are created in the Clients and Invoices section of the Partner portal. Read Invoice processing to learn how to create an invoice.

A user has 1 hour to edit or delete an invoice from the time it is created.  After 1 hour the invoice is "locked".

From the Invoices tab, use the "edit" or "delete" button to carry out your action.

If you would like to delete an invoice but more than 1 hour has elapsed since creating it, send a request with the invoice number, amount and a short explanation of why you need to delete it to [email protected], and the Partner team will action your request.
